The National Capital Commission (NCC) is looking for dynamic volunteers to contribute to its goal of making Canada’s Capital Region a source of national pride and significance. The NCC Volunteer Centre offers a number of great volunteer opportunities in Ottawa–Gatineau.

Volunteer Position Description:

Explore each of our volunteer programs and find out more about how you can become more active in your capital.
•Volunteer at Gatineau Park
•Volunteer at the Mackenzie King Estate
•Volunteer at Maplelawn Gardens
•Volunteer for NOKIA Sunday Bike days

 

Volunteer Position Requirements:

  • Own Vehicle
  • Police Record Check
  • Bilingual (French)
  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Outdoor Activities
  • Interacting with the public/in a group setting
