Employee relations are essential for fostering fairness, trust and engagement while ensuring legal compliance. Students examine performance management, progressive discipline and termination processes. Students also explore employment legislation, communication strategies and the integration of diversity, equity and inclusion into employee relations practices. Through case studies, simulations and applied exercises, students analyze real-world scenarios and practice the skills needed to manage employee relations.
