Human Resources Management
Course: MGT4110
Human capital is a critical resource that drives organizational success influencing strategic direction, financial outcomes and corporate social responsibility. By investing in the skills, creativity, and values of the workforce, organizations create opportunities for innovation, resilience and improved performance. Students explore how Human Resources Management (HRM) strategies shape workforce capabilities and align with organizational goals. Students examine workforce planning, training, performance management and compensation, safety and labour relations. International HRM practices are also reviewed. Learning is reinforced through case studies, simulations and practical exercises.
