Students explore the principles of effective leadership, ethical professional conduct, and strategies for building collaborative relationships with diverse families and community organizations. Key topics include ethics, advocacy, family partnerships, and approaches to creating inclusive and supportive environments. Students apply ethical decision-making skills by considering case studies and develop a professional portfolio to demonstrate their leadership competencies.
