Course: HRM4110
Organizational behaviour examines how people and teams interact in the workplace from both practical and theoretical perspectives. Students examine organizational behaviour theories and identify strategies to support changing workplace dynamics. Students explore the factors that shape the interactions in both individual and team settings. Strategies related to leadership, communication, learning, motivation and change management to support collaboration are introduced. In addition, power and conflict and its impact on an organization's ability to adapt and thrive are also reviewed.
