Understanding the administrative obligations in the real estate and business industries is essential for property managers. Students explore techniques and strategies related to managing building owners, tenants, employees, contractors, as well as, building maintenance and in-unit repair personnel. Through a variety of practical activities, students also gain knowledge about relevant legislation and its application, risk management, contracting, purchasing, energy conservation, supply and inventory.
