Human resources professionals play a key role in cultivating this talent through strategic training and development. Students analyze organizational needs assessments and design employee onboarding and training plans for continuous development and performance alignment. Emphasis is placed on creating relevant, measurable and future-ready learning solutions to maintain a competitive workforce. Through designing and evaluating training development programs, students apply best practices to meet organizational goals.
