Human Resources Career Planning
Course: HRM4127
Career readiness in human resources requires strategic planning, a strong professional identity and the skills to meet industry expectations with confidence and credibility. Students explore key career development strategies including job search techniques, interview preparation, networking approaches and create a professional portfolio. Topics also include workplace ethics, professional conduct and the value of joining industry associations. Through self-reflections and practical exercises, students build the skills and confidence needed to pursue employment opportunities and represent themselves effectively in the HR profession.
