Human Resources Planning
Course: HRM4124
Strategic human resources planning is essential for organizational success in a rapidly evolving global landscape. HR professionals play a critical role in shaping workforce strategies that drive performance and adaptability. Students examine the complexities of HR planning processes and apply planning concepts, forecasting techniques and performance metrics to assess and support strategic HR initiatives. International HR and succession planning are also covered. Through applied HR planning and forecasting activities, students develop the ability to connect HR initiatives to business outcomes through informed analysis and strategic alignment.
