Total Rewards
Course: HRM4120
In a competitive and evolving workplace, organizations must adopt strategic total rewards programs to attract and retain talent. Students explore the core components of compensation and benefits, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, budgeting and cost control. Students explore how internal and external factors influence total rewards strategies and their alignment with organizational objectives. Emphasis is placed on understanding the strategic role of total rewards in attracting, retaining, motivating talent and supporting employee wellness. Through case studies and scenarios, students compare and customize compensation strategies to support workforce engagement and retention.
