Students assess organizational needs, workforce trends, evaluate HR technology options and design HRIS implementation plans. Students also propose data-driven interventions and produce professional business reports and presentations that inform strategic and operational decision making. Through case studies and simulations, students collect, analyze and interpret HR data and design HRIS implementation strategies that enhance HR operations.
